Hudson's had ups and downs throughout his short 5 years at Chamiza, but this year things fell into place and were going so well! He loved his relaxed, nice, easy-going teacher. He had lots of friends in his class. My boys shed a lot of tears when they found out we were moving, so I let them have going away parties with their classes. We provided pizza, chips, oranges, and juice. Beau seems to be adjusting easily to Hubert Humphrey, but it's been more of a struggle for Hudson. He's been giving his teacher attitude, refusing to work, and feeling alone. I think in time, though, things will turn around as long as he changes his attitude! It is hard, though, to have to say goodbye to so many people and things that you love!

It was such a painful transition for the boys! Sure glad they are thriving and happy in their new home, neighborhood, and school now. You have wonderful children, and they are so blessed to have YOU for their mother.
