Christmas Festivities 2021

Christmas this year was really fun. We stayed home and hosted Seb's parents and cousin's family (Michael, Olivia, Haley, and baby Emily on the way!) I think we're going to make Christmas Eve nachos (red and green chips) a new tradition (along with a huge mound of muddy buddies! Ha ha!). It was so easy and tasty! I also want to make sure we have Jacob and Shauna's family over every break because we love seeing their family so much! This year, I shared the bells with them that I've been doing in primary. They are loads of fun and get everyone involved! We are so grateful for our Savior and his matchless gift of eternal life and eternal families!

(10/15/2021) I made little "Favorite Things" booklets for all my out of town family this year

(12/16/2021) Must be close to Christmas! The muddy buddies are here!

The boys made these cute gingerbread houses at church

(12/17/2021) Jacob and Shauna's family couldn't make it to my mom's annual Christmas party ... so my friend Mandy and her family joined us!

We shared talened, sang songs, did crafts, had breakfast dinner, and more!

I love these girls!

(12/19/2021) Our kids sang "He Sent His Son" with a few other families in church today

My world!

(12/20/2021) A sweet friend at church arranged Christmas sleigh rides for the kids in our ward

The horses were massive and beautiful!

Look at the size of that leg!

Love Hannah's face here!

My handsome animal lover!

(12/24/2021) Michael, Haley, and Sebastian

We had breakfast, then took our company to the zoo Christmas Eve

LOVE this little red coat (sent to Hannah by Aunt Laura)

LOVE this boy - so nice to have the kids home for Christmas break!

That night, we had nachos and tacos and decorated Christmas cookies!

Uncle Mike is the sweetest guy! We love him so much!

Yummy!

A surprise visit from Santa

The boys got a kick out of seeing our crossing guard dressed up as Santa!

(12/25/2021) This sweetheart got all of us presents with his own money! He was so excited to hand them out!

What a precious boy! Grandma hugs are the best!

Christmas brunch - that's homemade lemon curd (my neighbor shared her recipe). It was heavenly on the French toast! Oh, another new Christmas morning staple - red and green fruit salad (berries and kiwi!)

(12/27/2021) Jacob and Shauna's family so generously got our family tickets to the River of Lights for Christmas! How fun!

Love this little man of mine!

Seb and his sweet mama!

Cool dino!

(12/30/2021) We finally had a chance to have our cousins over to play! It was one of the highlights of Christmas break! The boys showing Tyler their new hoverboards!

Aren't these just the sweetest faces you've ever seen?? All dressed up in winter gear!

We played Christmas songs with the bells ... ha ha Sofia!

(12/30/2021) Notice the little angel who wanted to be Mary?

We ran out of time to do the nativity sooner, but we love doing it so we made sure we did!

What a sweet mama!

Okay, now's your turn!
